Nine Winters is an exploration of place and culture. An extremely delicious exploration. (I think about their black sesame chocolate chip cookie quite seriously at least once a week.) Owner/Founder Marissa Ferola started baking as a way to share her Korean heritage with her children while maintaining her Massachusetts roots. The results are extraordinary flavor combinations and world class baked goods — including a beautiful naked cake option for your upcoming wedding.
Select from two Nine Winters’ specialty flavors, or book a consult to create your own! Cakes are single tier, frosted naked-styled and serve 8-12 people. Please allow at least one week for standard flavors and at least three weeks for custom flavor orders.
Chocolate Makgeolli: chocolate cake, chocolate italian buttercream, notes of dry makgeolli, rich but light
Vanilla Soju with Melon Milkis: white soju cake, melon milkis italian buttercream, refreshing, fruity
